Client Objectives

Arlington Associates is an energy company whose national presence needed to be reflected in their New York headquarters. Having a view of the city’s most precious natural resource, Central Park, was imperative and non-negotiable.

The Result

We located ideal space in the tower of 730 Fifth Avenue, “The Crown Building”, with spectacular Central Park views. After the landlord mentioned that an existing tenant might be prepared to vacate one year early, we negotiated with all three parties and found a solution to release the tenant from their liabilities.  Arlington moved into one of the crown jewel properties in the Plaza District with a park vista.
