Client Objectives
Editorial Televisa (Subsidiary of Grupo Televisa) was located on Fifth Avenue in a Class B property that had not been renovated and in office space that was well over 15 years old. They needed a fresh image in a Class A modern building to invigorate their sales staff and offer a comfortable setting for clients. They required an office intensive installation to provide privacy for each of their sales staff and a location near Grand Central Station for ease of transportation.
The Result
The contemporary glass skyscrapers of Third Avenue became the focal point of our search. All of the properties had been recently renovated and had the advantage of being close to many of Editorial Televisa’s clients. 780 Third Avenue stood out. Built in 1983, it had a very modern design and was constructed with shallow floor plates that allowed for the required offices as well as providing an impressive presence off the elevators. The property also had a building conference center and 154-seat auditorium, which gave them the flexibility of conducting larger presentations to clients and hosting corporate meetings. Finally, 780 Third Avenue is a Class A property with the amenities and concierge services befitting the largest Latin American media company in the world.
