A brand new film company with a very promising future in New York, Big Beach Films wanted to establish a headquarters in New York that avoided crowded hubs like Grand Central or Union Square. An environment that was calm, yet could stir their creative spirit.

The Result

After searching Soho and Midtown South, we found a full floor on Great Jones Street in the heart of Noho that offered Big Beach Films an entire penthouse in a desirable boutique loft building away from a high-traffic neighborhood. The locale had the prestige and privacy they required in an expansive Noho space marked by an industrial design to spark art and energy.
