Client Objectives
Global Securitization is a high-end financial company that was located in the Grand Central area. They had opted for a Class B property, which though economical and functional, had issues with building security, air conditioning and a lack of amenities. They required a Class A property in Midtown that matched the Ivy League clients they worked with in the financial community.
The Result
After an exhaustive search of properties located between Grand Central and Times Square, 114 West 47th Street, “U.S. Trust Building”, became the new home for Global Securitization. This Class A property was developed by the Durst Organization in 1989 for the U.S. Trust Company and was designed with state-of-the-art security, communications, and building systems, perfect for any elite company. Located just south of Rockefeller Center and west of corporate row on Avenue of the Americas, the building gives Global Securitization a prestigious Midtown address alongside their peers and colleagues.
